DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?Yes. Anyone coming for the first time can be set up for a Free trial. Day Passes for the gym are $20/day.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?We have trainers that are certified to work with younger children in a safe fun, and effective "training atmosphere". We do not have day care. There is a lounge in the front with couches and TV's.

DO YOU HAVE LONG CONTRACTS OR FEES?The initial commitment is 3 months and then it goes by a month by month basis. There are no cancellation fees, only a 30 day cancelation notice.
